The handsome ushers at Beacon Baptist Church, Luke & AJ Harris, looking quite sharp this past Sunday.

Our precious little Lily Tina

Our happy Lily-Bug on the way home from a shopping trip "over the river" to Niagara Falls, NY.
She's getting to be such a big girl!

Lily - at school! The kids love it on the days that Lily is at school.

Lily hard at work during school.

Here's her very first school paper.

The boys wanted to see how Lily would look as a pirate, but she wasn't too thrilled with the idea.

Our girls after supper at Betty's Restaurant.

I love these next few of Lily taken on Friday afternoon!

This one is THE best - you can't look at it without smiling! :-)

Trip to Apple Orchard

We had such a fun time at the apple orchard this past Thursday with the school. Here is our Victoria bobbing for apples - she was so careful not to get her hair wet. Right before we left for the day, the kids put their apples back in the tub to bob for them again and she got completely soaked!

A really nice wagon ride was included in the cost! Only $5 per student. Babies were free and adults only had to pay for the apples they picked. We also had a tour of the cold storagee, saw how the apple polisher worked and, as you saw, they got to bob for apples.

Whoa! Look at those muscles!

Taking a break before the drive home!

Some September Pictures

Here is my little boy AJ who isn't very little any more. He wanted to help pump the gas the other day and did a really good job.
Luke and Tori waiting patiently :-) in the van.

Even Lily is being such a good baby girl.

This was after our first day at school....yes, I still have all of my hair!

Victoria helping Lily walk behind her car.

Such a pretty girl - she loves playing with the fridge magnets.

She's getting so big - Lily pulled herself up all by herself.

With Lily's newfound mobility, the children have a new dimension added to their school day...

She's such a cutie.

I love it when she points like this.

My handsome big boy, Luke.

25th Annual Corn Roast

Labour Day - Corn Roast at my parents' place. It started out the first year as a birthday party for my dad which landed coincidentally right after the Ladies' Conference that my home church hosted. Everyone loved having a time of fellowship right after all the hard work for Ladies' Conference that it became a tradition. I'm not sure how many were held right after Ladies' Conference, but at some point the "get together" turned into a Corn Roast on Labour Day - techincally a "Corn Boil" but a great time regardless of what it's called.

My beautiful mom with Lily right before people started arriving....
Somehow Lily got the most pictures taken of her (poor AJ - didn't even get one of him. He may be accurate in his self description of "chopped liver". Poor guy!)
